* You receive the box with a USB cable.
* You simply drag and drop your own video file onto the box using your computer (just like a USB drive).
2. Pre-Loaded (We Do It All)
* Have a finished video? Send it to us, and we will format, test, and upload it so the box arrives ready to play.
* Don't have a video yet? We will edit it for you! Send us your raw photos, video clips, a personal note, and your favorite song name. Our team will compile them into a beautiful slideshow video and load it onto the box for you.
If you selected the "Pre-Loaded" option, we need your content immediately after purchase to avoid shipping delays.
Step 1: Gather Your Files
* If you have a finished video: Just the video file (MP4 or MOV).
* If you need us to edit: Please gather your Photos, Video Clips, the Text you want to appear (Note), and the Name of the Background Song you want.
Step 2: Upload to Google Drive
* Create a folder in Google Drive.
* Upload all your files to that folder.
* Right-click the folder > Share > Copy Link.
* (Make sure permissions are set to "Anyone with the link can view").
Step 3: Email Us

* Paste the Google Drive link in the email body.
